Developing boys into men is such a challenge.. especially for the mama who was 1. never a boy and 2. has three of them. Even just having a 2 year old boy myself, my whole perception of moms of boys has changed. There is just something that is innately boy in them. Their desire to throw, be rough, fight, climb, be brave and love fiercely all stems from exactly who God created them to be.. warriors for Christ, protectors for their family, to be part of an adventure and to rescue a beauty. It makes them come alive. I see strength in this mama. I see a voice in this mama. I see someone who can step up to the role and slay it. And their future wives will thank her.
