8. For the fit mom (or wanna be fit)- pilates personal training newbie package at iron butterfly (I highly recommend!) or a new client package for 10 classes at the Hilliard Studio Method or a cycle class at Fly Wheel?

10. Give her an all about mom day. Breakfast at her favorite place (I’d suggest the Terrace Cafe complete with a red velvet waffle and coffee) or at least bring her coffee in bed when she wakes up… then spending time at the park, , lunch or a smoothie from Natural Blendz, maybe a little shopping, let her take a nap if needed or a little me time.. then take her out to a chick flick. Put the kids to bed for her. Tell her she’s amazing and you don’t know how she does it.
