I prefer to let the backdrop be the pattern (the grass, the leaves, etc).. so going all solid colors is okay too but don’t forget texture! Cable knit, fringe, wool, etc all give a super cozy vibe. Add silk or satin to mom for a touch of glam.
I also LOVE accessories. So while these outfits are basics, feel free to layer with a puffer vest, a floral crown, knee high socks, felt hat, or scarf.
